Vindö Marin provides specialist rigging services and works with products from all leading mast manufacturers. With extensive experience and a fully equipped rigging workshop, we can assist with everything from advice and inspections to new installations, repairs and upgrades.
Our dedicated rigging workshop has been in operation since 2017 and is equipped for mast construction, standing and running rigging, and professional rope splicing. Our 27-metre mast crane also enables us to handle long masts and carry out extensive rigging work safely and efficiently.

Standing and running rigging inspections
We inspect both standing and running rigging to identify wear, damage and components that may require adjustment or replacement. Regular inspections provide better conditions for maintaining a safe and dependable rig. Following the inspection, you receive a clear assessment of the rig’s condition together with recommendations for any necessary repairs, additions or upgrades.

New installations and additional equipment
Vindö Marin carries out complete new rigging installations as well as additions to existing systems. We install and adapt rigging components to suit the boat’s construction and ensure that the complete system performs as intended. We work with equipment from leading manufacturers and can manage the entire process, from component selection and preparation to installation and final adjustment.

Rigging repairs and maintenance
We repair and maintain both modern and older rigs. The work may include individual rigging components, fittings, attachment points and other parts that have become damaged or worn over time. Our aim is to restore the rig’s function and safety while respecting the boat’s existing construction and original design.

Mast construction and mast work
In our fully equipped rigging workshop, we build, repair and modify masts. Every project is completed with a focus on safety, precision and a solution suited to the boat’s rig and intended use. Our 27-metre mast crane gives us the capacity to handle long masts and carry out mast stepping, unstepping and other demanding work.

Rope splicing, cordage and rigging equipment
Vindö Marin provides professional rope-splicing services for running rigging and other lines on board. We adapt lines, terminations and splices according to their purpose, working load and the owner’s requirements. Our rigging workshop holds a large stock of cordage and rigging equipment, enabling us to provide efficient, carefully considered solutions for everything from minor additions to complete rigging projects.
